Dear PayGo Customer,

We are writing to inform you that we will be discontinuing the support for PayGo 3.x effective on September 1, 2008. As a software company, it is vital to continually improve our products. This also means that our technical team needs to be able to focus on our latest versions in order to provide the best possible support.

This means that if you are on any version of PayGo 3 and wish to continue to receive support, you must upgrade to PayGo 4.1. Customers still using older versions of PayGo POS / SP should contact their sales consultant soon at 866-287-5576, extension 3, to discuss options to maintain your present version or upgrade to the current PayGo SP 4.X system.

If you are on PayGo 3.x and your wecare support contract extends past September 1, 2008, we will continue to support your version until your plan expires.
